Nous sommes venus dans ce restaurant après une balade matinale au parc des Buttes-Chaumont. Nous avions très faim, et quelle bonne surprise : les plats ont été servis rapidement et étaient absolument délicieux ! De mémoire, nous avons commandé les ribs croustillant, le bœuf aux oignons, la salade de concombre, la soupe aigre-piquante (酸辣汤) ainsi que les shengjianbao (生煎包). Nous avons tellement apprécié le repas que nous avons oublié de prendre des photos avant de commencer à manger ! Je vous partage donc une photo de l’« après »… haha. Le personnel a été particulièrement chaleureux et attentionné. Comme c’était un jour de canicule à Paris, ils nous ont gentiment laissé profiter de nos boissons fraîches et prendre tout notre temps à table. Nous avons ainsi passé un merveilleux moment avec notre ami parisien. Ce qui nous a également impressionnés, c’est la grande variété de plats proposés. On a l’impression que le chef maîtrise les spécialités de nombreuses régions de Chine. Étant originaire du nord-est de la Chine, j’ai retrouvé dans plusieurs plats des saveurs qui correspondent parfaitement à mon palais. Cela m’a fait très plaisir.
